To spank the underside of the breast, firmly pinch the brat’s nipple and pull upwards. Be sure to tie her hands out of the way. The oft-neglected underside of the breast is full and tender - no need to restrain yourself as you punish that area. If you grip the nipple correctly, she will no doubt emit unruly shrieks. These can be silenced to whines by a gag.
